How we work

We prepare your application, documents and government submissions and coordinate with the licensing authority, free zone and immigration departments on your behalf. Licences, visas and bank accounts are issued or approved by the relevant authority or bank, not by us.

Who we work with

What we promise

• Itemised estimate before you pay. Government fees, office, visas and our service fee are shown line by line.
• One point of contact. A named consultant handles your file from first call to licence.
• Updates on WhatsApp. Know what has been submitted, what is pending and what we need from you.
• Renewal reminders. We remind you about licence and visa renewals 3 months before they're due.

What we don't do

• We don't issue licences, visas or bank accounts; the authorities and banks decide.
• We don't give legal or tax advice; we refer you to licensed advisers when you need it.
• We don't hide government fees inside our own fee.
