KEZAD Group, short for Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi, is the industrial and economic zones arm of AD Ports Group. It was formed in 2022 by bringing the former KIZAD and ZonesCorp under one brand, and it describes itself as the largest operator of integrated economic and industrial zones in the UAE. Its free zone sits beside Khalifa Port, with logistics parks in Al Ma'mourah, Musaffah and Al Ain. Target sectors include automotive, food processing, life sciences, metals, polymers and speciality chemicals. Companies can lease serviced land, pre-built warehouses and light industrial units, and a dual licence lets free zone companies trade outside the zone in Abu Dhabi.
