Setting up in Dubai South
Dubai South is a large master-planned city built around Al Maktoum International Airport in the south of Dubai. Its free zone is organised around logistics, aviation, e-commerce and general business, and companies are typically registered as a DWC LLC, with a freelancer licence also available. The Logistics District links to Jebel Ali Port through a bonded corridor and includes contract logistics space and multi-user units, while the Business Park and Business Centre offer ready-to-use and serviced offices. Its digital-first Dubai South Business Hub (DSBH), based in the Business Park, handles setup online. It is a strong fit for firms that need to be close to both an airport and a seaport.
