These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Rihla Business Setup Services L.L.C ("we"). By engaging us you also agree to the written engagement letter or quotation we send you, which takes priority if it differs from these terms.
Our role
We prepare your application, documents and government submissions and coordinate with the licensing authority, free zone and immigration departments on your behalf. Licences, visas and bank accounts are issued or approved by the relevant authority or bank, not by us. We are not a government authority. Approval of licences, visas, permits and bank accounts is at the sole discretion of the relevant authority or bank.
Estimates and prices
The cost calculator and any estimate on this website are indicative and are not an offer. Government and third-party fees can change without notice. Your confirmed price is the one in our written quotation. Our service fees exclude 5% UAE VAT where it applies. Government fees are passed through at cost.
Payment
50% of our service fee when you engage us and the balance when your licence is issued. Government and free zone fees are paid in full before we submit, because the authority requires payment up front. Monthly instalment plans are available on selected packages. We accept bank transfer and card payments.
Timelines
We submit your application within 2 business days of receiving complete documents. Approval and issuing times are set by the authority and vary by jurisdiction and activity. New residence visas typically take 2 to 6 weeks, depending on government security approval.
Your responsibilities
You must give us complete, accurate and genuine information and documents and tell us promptly about changes. You are responsible for operating your company lawfully after formation, including renewals, tax filings and economic substance or other reporting obligations unless we have agreed in writing to handle them.
