2. Recommendation and itemised estimate
We recommend a jurisdiction (mainland, a specific free zone, or offshore), the licence activity wording and an office option that fits your visa plans. You receive the costs line by line, with government fees separate from our fee.
Payment terms: 50% of our service fee when you engage us and the balance when your licence is issued. Government and free zone fees are paid in full before we submit, because the authority requires payment up front. Monthly instalment plans are available on selected packages. We accept bank transfer and card payments.
3. Documents and submission
We prepare the application, reserve the trade name, draft the memorandum of association where needed and submit to the authority. We submit your application within 2 business days of receiving complete documents. Approval and issuing times are set by the authority and vary by jurisdiction and activity. New residence visas typically take 2 to 6 weeks, depending on government security approval.
From you: passport copies, photos and any documents the authority requests. We tell you exactly what and when.
4. Licence, visas and banking
Once the licence is issued we set up the establishment card and immigration file, then process residence visas: entry permit or status change, medical test, Emirates ID biometrics and visa issue. In parallel we prepare your corporate bank account application and tax registrations.
