Our guarantee

If your application is rejected for a reason within our control (for example an error in documents we prepared), we fix and resubmit it at no extra service fee. If it still cannot be approved, we refund the service fee you have paid us for that application.

What it does not cover

Government, free zone, visa, medical and third-party fees once paid; rejections caused by security checks, missing or inaccurate information you provided, or changes in government rules; and bank account decisions, which are made by the bank.

How to claim
