Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by email. If you cancel before we submit anything to an authority, we refund the service fee you have paid minus a consultation charge of [AMOUNT] AED. After submission, the service fee for work already completed is not refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 business days. Government and third-party fees are refunded only if, and to the extent that, the authority refunds them to us.
